Shipping Policy

This policy applies to physical products purchased directly from N-TenseCity Enterprises LLC and its divisions through this website.
Order processing
In-stock orders are normally prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully authorized and the order is accepted. Weekends, holidays, high-volume periods, preorder items, custom items, and unusual verification issues may require additional time.
Shipping options & delivery estimates
Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery windows will be shown at checkout when available. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, address problems, service interruptions, and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact support@ntensecity.com immediately if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins, and additional carrier or reshipping charges caused by an incorrect customer-provided address may be the customer's responsibility.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be provided using the contact information associated with the order. Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may take time to appear after a label is created.
Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
If tracking shows an unusual delay, loss, or delivery problem, contact us so we can help investigate with the carrier. If a package arrives visibly damaged, photograph the outer packaging, shipping label, and product before discarding anything and contact us promptly.
International shipping
International shipping is not guaranteed to be available for every item or destination. If offered, the customer is responsible for any destination-country duties, taxes, brokerage, customs fees, or import restrictions unless checkout specifically states otherwise.
